What is Middlebury's current ASL program?

Not much right now, BUT: The lucky thing for us is, we won't be building this new program out of nothing.

We already have one ASL I class during our January Term with a talented professor from UVM, a very dedicated ASL club, a language table that promotes conversational ASL for all levels (and which is open for whomever is interested), and two faculty members who taught at Gallaudet, are fluent in American Sign Language, and who are dedicated to helping students who are interested.

There are also occasional classes offered that relate to the subject, such as J-term 2016's class Deaf Culture and History.
